To establish an effective HR practices aligned with and supports company's business strategy, goals, objectives and culture.
Focus areas would include Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management, HR Strategy
Development of HR policies and Processes, Statutory HR compliance, Internal communication, Employee Relations and Retention. As member of HR team work closely with the Global HR team to deliver the below.

Job Responsibility
- Drive HR team to establish best practices in people management. At the same time, current HR practices must be constantly reviewed with a view to improve them and make them more effective.
- Interacting with business or function heads to understand their HR requirements and provide the agreed support within timelines.
- Improve training and development related processes, planning & executing internal / external training programs based on the skill index & training requirements. Organise trainings for senior management & staff also. Monitoring & ensuring continuous up gradation of skills along with business heads.
- Analyse attrition, productivity and other metrics with a view to enable optimum utilization of human resources and share the findings with Business Heads during Leadership meetings.
- Ensure efficient design and delivery of all HR policies and ensure they are in line with business requirements.
- Plan and develop tools for Annual Performance Appraisal for team leads and managers.
- Drive Reward and Recognition programs with a view to motivate, reward and retain employees.
- Establish a succession plan to create pipeline of potential leaders.
- Establish career plans for all employees with a view to align individual and business goals.
- Plan & execute different employee engagement activities.
- Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters.
- Participate and collaborate with Global HR Management team to deliver HR programs and solutions locally.
- Manage Internship program and foreign employees.
- Handle issues involving employee complaints or questions and provide counseling respectively. Tackling all disciplinary issues with suitable action, conduct timely Meetings, issuing circulars & notices. Support employees/company legal cases along with the legal head
- Liaison with Govt. departments to meet necessary business requirements like labor, immigration, FRRO etc.
